Many of his projects remain as lasting landmarks in the area, showcasing his talent and devotion to his craft.
Beyond his professional achievements, Richard was deeply involved in community service.
He volunteered at local shelters, participated in fundraising efforts, and supported youth sports in Lower Sackville.
His commitment to mentoring young athletes made him an admired figure within the community.
Richard is survived by his wife, Mary, their three children, and five grandchildren.
His wife Mary shared heartfelt words, describing Richard as her "rock" and a man of "unwavering love and devotion."
