Kempner, Texas – Ryan Matthew Murrin, a beloved resident of Kempner, Texas, tragically passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2024, at the age of 35.
His sudden death has left his family, friends, and all who knew him deeply saddened.
Ryan, known affectionately as "Murrin," was born in Whitman, Massachusetts, to the late Frederick J. Murrin and Barbara Ball.
He grew up in Canton, Massachusetts, and was an integral part of the community, known for his infectious personality, sense of humor, and easygoing nature.
He graduated from Canton High School in 2007, where he formed lifelong friendships.
Ryan’s love for baseball was one of the defining features of his life.
He was passionate about the sport, whether playing it or watching games with friends.
In addition to his love for baseball, Ryan was a talented grill master, known for his famous barbecue sauce and ability to bring people together over food and laughter.
Ryan moved to Kempner, Texas, where he worked for Petruzzelli Pool, continuing his career and making a new home in the Lone Star State.
Despite his relocation, Ryan never lost touch with his roots and frequently visited his family in Massachusetts.
He leaves behind his wife, Audrey Sundin Murrin, and a large extended family, including his mother Barbara Ball, stepfather William Ball, and brother Michael Ball.
A celebration of his life is planned for February, where his loved ones will gather to honor his memory and share stories of the remarkable man he was.
Ryan’s spirit of kindness, generosity, and humor will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
