Samantha, 21, was a student at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she was pursuing her degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Public Health.

Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she moved to Hebron, where she graduated from RHAM High School. Throughout her life, Samantha was a committed student and an active participant in extracurricular activities, gaining the admiration of her teachers and peers.
Her professors at Eastern Connecticut State University recall her passion for public health and her determination to address healthcare disparities. Samantha believed in the power of education, advocacy, and prevention to create positive changes in underserved communities.
Outside of her studies, Samantha had a vibrant personality, enjoying hiking, art, writing, and music. She was known for her warm smile, loyalty to friends, and love for her family.
