Hamilton, Ontario – Tamara Orysia Holadyk, a beloved teacher at Bishop Ryan Secondary School, tragically passed away on December 30, 2024, following an accident at the Valley Park Pool.

Tamara, known for her passion for education and her vibrant spirit, had a profound impact on both her students and colleagues.

She dedicated her life to teaching, inspiring young minds and creating a positive, engaging environment for her students.

Tamara’s career began with her role as a supply teacher with the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board before securing a full-time position at Bishop Ryan Secondary School, where she thrived as an educator.

She is deeply mourned by her husband, Alex Nardini, his family, and her own, including her loving parents Zenon and Mary Holadyk, and her sister Oksana.

Tamara was a devoted and selfless individual, known for her generosity and sense of humor.

Her love for life extended beyond her work, as she enjoyed traveling, art, and her cherished cat, Milosz.

In her final act of kindness, Tamara became an organ donor, giving the gift of life through the donation of her kidneys.

She will be missed by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and dedication will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
