Jennifer Davenport Tanner, Baton Rouge, LA — On Saturday, June 29, around 8pm, Jennifer Davenport Tanner was involved in a car wreck and did not survive. Her community mourns the loss of a great person, caring friend, and loving mom.
Jennifer leaves behind her husband Ira and six children, ranging in age from 16 to 1. She is also survived by her mother Margie Tindle and sister Jessica Byrd. Her friends and family remember her fun-loving nature and heart of gold.
Patrick Jeansonne organized a fundraiser to support Jennifer’s children. The goal is to raise $10,000, and so far, $1,675 has been raised through 17 donations. The funds will help her children navigate life without their mom.
Jennifer worked for Turner Industries and recently became a Certified Welding Inspector. She loved spending time with her family, farm animals, and best friend Tamara. Her untimely death has left a void in the hearts of many.
