Alan Liu, originally from the Hawaiian Islands, has sadly passed away after being found alone in California. He was identified by the medical examiner through fingerprinting. Alan, 58 years old, was known for his free spirit, love for surfing, and passion for living off the land, particularly along the beaches. His lifestyle reflected his deep connection with nature and the ocean, and he carried the persona of a true surfer, with long flowing hair and a talent for carpentry.

Alan’s passing leaves behind his two daughters, Jasmine Liu, the organizer of a fundraiser, and a younger sister, along with three grandchildren. Jasmine, who resides in Pennsylvania, shared that she had only recently welcomed a baby and has been out of work, making it financially difficult for her to make arrangements for her father’s final resting place. Alan did not have any prearranged funeral plans, and Jasmine is seeking help to travel to California, gather his belongings, and organize the necessary services to bring her father home.

In an effort to support these arrangements, Jasmine has created a fundraiser and is asking for donations to help cover the costs of traveling to California and preparing a final resting place for her father. Any amount of support would be greatly appreciated during this challenging time.
