The news of his passing has deeply affected those who knew him. Anna Cano Morales expressed her grief, stating, "Please consider giving. As a parent, this is heartbreaking and so tragic. This one hits close to home as Moi knew him through his involvement in PG. Our hearts and prayers are with the Project Goal family, the entire city of Central Falls, and of course, the family and friends of this young man."
