Born in Bedford, she was the daughter of Harold Lee and Julia F. (Melvin) Dorsett. Sissi, as she was affectionately known, touched many lives throughout her years as a bartender at local establishments such as Jack’s Lounge and Zeeks, always spreading joy with her warm smile and loving heart.
Her passing has left the community mourning. Sissi was not just a mother and grandmother, but a friend to many. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, crafting, and most importantly, spending time with friends. Her social nature and genuine kindness made her a beloved figure in her community.

Sissi’s loved ones, including her children Julie Tow, Kari Terrell, and stepson Alan Craig, as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, will gather to remember the woman who gave so much to those around her.
The family has expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support during this difficult time. As they remember the joy she brought, they are requesting donations to assist with her memorial costs.
