Brandon Gray, Mehlville, MO—Brandon Gray passed away on Saturday, December 14, just two days before his 43rd birthday, leaving his family and friends in profound sorrow. Known for his kindness and willingness to help others, Brandon’s battle with kidney failure had kept him on a grueling dialysis schedule for several years. Despite his physical struggles, he always maintained an uplifting spirit, engaging with friends through online games, sharing his love for movies, manga, and music, and constantly putting others first.
Brandon was admitted to the ICU on December 9, following a recent dialysis session, and although there was hope when he was moved to a regular hospital room, his condition worsened, and he passed away shortly thereafter. His unexpected passing has left a void in the lives of those who knew him.
A fundraiser has been set up by Melissa Coker to help his family cover funeral, medical, and other associated costs. As of now, $910 has been raised through 11 donations, with the top donation from Paul Pace at $200.
The outpouring of sympathy and love on social media is a testament to the impact Brandon had on those around him. Friends and family have shared their heartfelt tributes. Chris Brummel wrote, "I’ll miss you buddy!" while Dustin Emberton expressed his sorrow with a simple, "No way… I’m so srry." Tim Kelly described him as "a great guy," and Jessica Henry said it was "heartbreaking" to lose another "good one."
Brandon’s memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His selfless nature and infectious spirit will be missed by all.
We extend our deepest condolences to Brandon Gray’s family during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace.
