Born in Harrisburg on October 18, 1962, she was the daughter of the late John and Carolyn (Steinmeier) Kerlin. Carol’s passing at the age of 61 has left her family, friends, and community in deep mourning.
Known to her grandchildren as "Gigi," Carol was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Owen, Asha, Penelope, Lillian, and Lincoln. She was cherished for her warmth, infectious laughter, and her unique approach to life, which was filled with joy and spontaneity. Her love of life was unforgettable, and her presence brought happiness to those around her.
Carol is survived by her three children: Mindy Packer, Eric Kline, and Kellie Kline; her two sons-in-law, John Eisenhart and Justin Packer; and her siblings Tammy Moyer, John Kerlin, James Kerlin (and wife Janice), Harold Kerlin, and Will Kerlin (and wife Jenn). She is also remembered by her ten beloved nieces and nephews.
