Carolyn Diaz, Orange, CA Community Mourns Beloved Family Member

Carolyn Diaz, Orange, CA — The community is deeply saddened by the loss of Carolyn Diaz, who passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, and a dedicated physical therapist who spent over 30 years working with senior citizens. She was 47 years old.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Mike, and their two young sons, who were the light of her life. Carolyn enjoyed RV-ing, spending time with her family and friends, and watching her sons compete in sports. Her passing has left a significant void in the lives of those who knew and loved her.

A fundraiser organized by Cheryl Thomas has been set up to assist the Diaz family with the financial challenges they now face, including medical bills, funeral expenses, and other financial strains. So far, $2,130 has been raised out of the $20,000 goal, with generous donations from people like Steven Le and Stephany Pescarolo.

The community has shown an outpouring of support through heartfelt Facebook posts. Victoria Rangel Tunstall shared her grief, saying, "My heart is breaking with the passing of my beautiful sweet friend Carol! Heaven gained an Angel… She was such a bright light and a Fabulous friend! Carol was a fabulous mom to her 2 boys, also to everyone who was blessed to have known or met her."
