His son, Dominic Reeves, shared that Chris fought valiantly after sustaining a severe head injury when he fell from his bicycle due to an unexpected encounter with two cats on Tuesday, 30th July. Despite the best efforts of the medical team at Walsgrave Hospital, his condition deteriorated, and he passed away with his sons by his side.
