David Coleiro, Perry— David Coleiro passed away early this morning, leaving behind a community in mourning. His daughter, Kathleen Woolford, shared the heartbreaking news on a fundraiser page created to assist the family in covering funeral and living expenses during this difficult time.

David’s wish was to donate his body to science, but due to a miscommunication, this was not approved. Now, his family is facing the unexpected challenge of making arrangements for his cremation and ensuring that his wife is financially supported in the coming months.

The community has already rallied behind the family, with donations pouring in to help ease the burden. The fundraiser, organized by Kathleen Woolford, has raised $680 so far. Contributions have come from many, including Robert Lupu, who made the largest donation of $200, and Erica Bennett, who made the first donation of $50.
