Debbie Salazar, Lancaster, CA— Debbie Salazar passed away on Monday, December 30th, surrounded by her family in the comfort of her home. Her untimely passing has left a void in the hearts of her loved ones and the community she brightened with her presence.
Debbie was a vibrant soul, known for her infectious laughter and the love she spread wherever she went. She was the heart of her family, always the one holding everything together. Her passing is deeply felt by her husband, Andre; children, Alex, Arianna, and Ashley; brother, Robert; and nieces, Sara and Stephanie, as well as many extended family and friends.
In the face of a challenging battle, Debbie had been diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal stomach cancer on December 5th. Despite the gravity of her condition, she showed immense strength and courage until the very end. She is preceded in death by her son, Andrew; her parents, Warren and Muriel; and her sister, Cheryl.
A fundraiser has been organized by her daughter, Ashley Salazar, to help cover the costs of her memorial service and final expenses. The community has shown tremendous support, with donations pouring in. To date, $1,150 has been raised, with contributions from individuals like Michael Collier, who donated $500, and Jaime Olmedo, who donated $100. The family is profoundly grateful for all the support.
