Donald, who was born at Monument Valley Hospital on June 17th, 1964, was well-known for his kindness and skills as a mechanic. He worked as a landscaper at The View Hotel, and was admired for his passion for helping others by fixing vehicles and assisting with various community projects. Donique recalled fond memories of driving with her dad in his 4×4 Chevy truck, exploring back roads and creating cherished moments together.
Sadly, six years ago, Donald was involved in a car accident that required long-term care. Despite multiple hospital transfers and intensive treatment, his health worsened, and he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit on October 4th, 2024, where he passed away the following morning.
The family, overwhelmed with grief, is also struggling with the financial burden of the funeral. Despite support from a few organizations, more funds are needed to cover the remaining expenses. Donique has created a fundraiser in her father’s honor, asking for any contributions that can help ease the financial strain.
