Eric Arnold Seale Sr., Pocono Township, PA — Eric Arnold Seale Sr. passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 79, following a courageous battle with cancer. Eric peacefully departed at the Veterans Hospice in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend.
A respected member of the PTPL and APA pool community for over two decades, Eric competed in nearly 900 matches, representing the Mountain Division twice in Las Vegas. Known for his competitive spirit and sportsmanship, Eric formed lasting friendships wherever he went, becoming family to many. His presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
In the wake of Eric’s passing, his wife of 56 years, Jo, is facing the challenge of covering his burial expenses. While the VA is providing $250 and life insurance contributed $5,500, the full cost of $11,000 remains unmet. A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help ease the financial burden during this difficult time. To date, $100 has been raised in support.
