In August, Georgie experienced a brain bleed that later revealed a tumor. After receiving a diagnosis of Glioblastoma, he underwent an aggressive treatment plan with the hope of giving him the best chance for recovery. On December 3rd, he had a biopsy, and although the procedure went well, his condition took a tragic turn on December 5th. After an encouraging recovery from the procedure, Georgie unexpectedly suffered a stroke-like event that led to a brain hemorrhage. Despite efforts from the medical team, Georgie passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 6th at 1:29 PM.
Georgie lived a life dedicated to his family, working hard to provide for them and create lasting memories. His passing has left a hole in the hearts of all who knew him, particularly Chantel, who now faces the challenges of adjusting to life without her loving partner.
A fundraiser has been established by Leilani Wright to assist Chantel with funeral expenses and the unexpected financial burdens she now faces. As of today, $275 has been raised through generous donations, including contributions from Naomi Wright, Jessica Medina, and Ton Ton Untalan.
