Gary is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Rose, and their children: son Gary and daughters Wendy, Kristina, and Kasey. As a grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Gary’s absence will be deeply felt by his family and friends.
Gary’s service to his country was a significant part of his identity. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Hancock. His commitment to honoring military service continued as a member of the Union County Military Funeral Honor Guard and the VFW. Gary was also a 32nd degree Mason and past master member of Mt Carmel Lodge no 303 F & AM.
