Jack “Jackie” Bocook, Kenova, WV— Jack “Jackie” Bocook passed away on November 25, 2024, leaving a deep void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him. Jackie was known for his selflessness and kind heart, always putting others before himself. From a young boy who looked after his siblings to an adult who would give the coat off his back to a stranger, Jackie’s generosity knew no bounds.
He had a special love for his family, friends, and even random strangers, always willing to share his warmth and affection. Jackie also had a playful side, often enjoying his daily walks to Sheetz or Wendy’s in the west end of Huntington for his regular coffee, and he would never miss an opportunity to charm everyone around him. His love, spirit, and kindness will live on in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
In order to give Jackie the service he deserves, a fundraiser has been set up by Christy Weekley to assist with the costs. The community has already begun to show their support, with early donations helping the family through this difficult time.
