Jane Lombard, Virginia Beach, VA— The community is deeply saddened by the passing of Jane Lombard, who left us far too soon at the age of 69. Jane touched many lives with her kind and loving spirit. Her death followed a difficult battle with health complications, which began after the loss of her sister. Over the past year, Jane had been in and out of the hospital, where it was revealed she was suffering from stage 4 kidney failure. Despite enduring multiple hospital visits and rehab stays, her health never fully recovered, and she passed away after her body could no longer withstand the toll of the illness.
Jane’s passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of her family. She is survived by her son BJ Lombard, her two daughters Jennifer Perrington and Amanda Rodriguez, and her five grandchildren. Jane was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her warmth and devotion to those she loved.
In an effort to cover the costs of her cremation and final expenses, a fundraiser has been set up by her daughter Amanda Rodriguez. So far, the community has raised $1,555 towards the $5,000 goal, thanks to the generosity of 18 donors, including top donations from Marylou Sheffield and Hector Alvarado.
Jane’s family expresses their gratitude for the outpouring of support and love from friends and the community during this difficult time. A celebration of life will be held soon, with details to be shared.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Jane Lombard’s family as they navigate this heartbreaking loss.
