Jeffery Dean Brame Sr., Tulsa, OK—The Brame family is grieving deeply after the unexpected passing of Jeffery Dean Brame Sr., who departed from this world just 28 hours after his beloved wife, Nina Genice Brame, passed away on Monday, October 7th. Jeffery’s passing occurred in the home where he shared a life of love with Nina, who had recently moved into hospice care due to her declining health.
For over 53 years, Jeffery and Nina were devoted to each other, weathering life’s trials with an unbreakable bond. Their enduring love was evident in how they lived and how they left this world—together. Following Nina’s passing, Jeffery was heartbroken yet ready to support the family in making arrangements for her final farewell. However, when the children arrived to pick him up, they found that he had quietly joined her, passing away on the loveseat they once shared.
The couple’s children, who are now faced with the burden of funeral arrangements for both parents, have shared how Jeffery and Nina always expressed that they wouldn’t be apart for long if one were to pass. Their sudden departures, just a day apart, have left the family with not only the emotional weight of losing both parents but also the financial challenge of covering funeral expenses, a car note, and other debts.
Amanda Brame, one of their children, has set up a fundraiser to help with these expenses. So far, $500 has been raised thanks to generous donations from friends and community members, including contributions from Trisha Krout, Shaun Morris, and Timothy Collins.
The family takes solace in knowing that Jeffery and Nina are now together again, just as they had always lived—in love and unity.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Brame family during this difficult time. May Jeffery and Nina rest in peace together, and may their family find comfort and strength.
