Jody Lynn, Long Beach, CA— Jody Lynn passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of December 29, 2024, leaving behind a grieving family and community. She was a kind-hearted woman, deeply loved by all who knew her.
Jody’s final days were marked by the support and love of her family, particularly her daughter Jenna, who ensured her comfort after Jody was discharged home on hospice care on December 27, 2024. Just days before her passing, Jody spent a full day surrounded by her granddaughters, Sloane and Harleigh, creating lasting memories and sharing stories with her loved ones.
Earlier in December, Jody had been diagnosed with a brain tumor and metastatic lung cancer, which had spread to multiple organs. Despite this, she remained surrounded by family and friends, offering love and comfort to those around her.
In an effort to honor Jody’s legacy, a fundraiser has been created by Savannah Larson to help cover funeral and other unexpected expenses. As of now, $550 has been raised through generous donations from family and friends.
Jody’s memory will live on through the love she shared with her family and friends. We extend our deepest condolences to her daughter Jenna and all who were touched by Jody’s kindness.
