John Garcia, Chula Vista, CA— John Garcia, affectionately known as JJ, passed away recently, leaving his family and friends in profound sorrow. John had been battling severe stomach issues for several months before his health rapidly declined. After a series of tests and doctor visits, he was diagnosed with stage four aggressive stomach cancer just days before Thanksgiving. Sadly, he passed away three weeks later, leaving behind a grieving family and a legacy of love and dedication.
John, who worked diligently at a humble occupation, was particularly devoted to his two adult sons, who were the center of his world. His son, John Junior, was especially dear to him, and he loved spending quality time with him on weekends. Before his passing, John expressed deep concern for the financial well-being of his son, requesting cremation due to the inability to afford a funeral. However, his family has decided to honor his memory with a celebration of life.
A fundraiser has been created by John’s sister, Sandy Prince, to support the memorial costs. While the target amount has yet to be reached, the family is deeply grateful for the love and support they have already received. A donation of $25 has been made by an early supporter, and all contributions are appreciated.
Our hearts go out to Sandy Prince and the Garcia family during this difficult time. We extend our deepest condolences and pray for strength and peace in the days ahead.
We are deeply saddened to learn of John Garcia’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
