Joshuwa Terry, Moore, OK— Joshuwa Terry passed away on November 9th, 2024, at the age of 24. He had been battling heart and kidney failure, alongside cerebral palsy and congenital blood and kidney disorders. Despite these challenges, Joshuwa was known for his bright smile and unwavering positivity, bringing joy to everyone around him.
A passionate artist, Joshuwa enjoyed spending time with his family and loved rolling around the casino in his wheelchair. His death has left a significant void in the lives of his family, including his mother Minnie, his sister Tamara, his brothers Jacob and Shaun Brown, and his niece Diretha, as well as his nephew Johnathan.
Joshuwa is now with his loved ones in heaven: his grandparents Mary and Jimmie, his father John, and his biological mother LeAnn. His passing was unexpected, and his family is now seeking support to cover the costs for his death certificate, cremation, and urn. Joshuwa had wished for no funeral but rather a small, intimate celebration of his life with those who loved him most.
Donna Carfagna, a close family member, has started a fundraiser to help with the expenses, and the community has already shown its support through donations. So far, $615 has been raised, a testament to the impact Joshuwa had on those around him.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Joshuwa Terry and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
