Kou Vang’s sudden heart attack on Tuesday morning, July 30th, 2024, left his family and friends in shock, and despite his courageous fight for life, he passed away on the morning of August 1st, 2024.
Kou Vang was not only a devoted father to his five children and a loving grandfather to his eleven grandchildren, but also a beacon of strength, compassion, and love for everyone around him. His life served as a guiding light, showing those close to him that courage, determination, and love can triumph over the greatest challenges. His legacy will continue to inspire his loved ones, reminding them to strive to be the best versions of themselves.
In this time of overwhelming grief, the Vang family is reaching out to the community for support as they prepare to lay Kou Vang to rest. A fundraiser organized by Sheng Vang aims to gather contributions to honor Kou’s memory and cover funeral expenses.
