Her family, particularly her son Kristopher Rose, is now facing overwhelming challenges as they prepare for what lies ahead. Kristopher has organized a fundraiser titled "Support Leticia Pangelinan’s Final Journey" to help cover the necessary expenses. As of now, $560 has been raised out of a $15,000 goal, with contributions from kind-hearted individuals like Robert Spaeth, who donated $500, Cora Jones, who contributed $40, and Kayce Harris, who gave $20.

Robert Spaeth shared heartfelt words on Facebook, saying, "One of the greatest people I know is losing his mother to stage 4 cancer. Having lost a parent from cancer I know the devastation it causes.
