Levi Reese, Fleetwood, PA—The community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Levi Reese, who passed away recently. Levi’s passing occurred on October 8, 2024, in his mother’s arms after labor began prematurely at just 19 weeks. His mother, Ashlyn, had been dealing with pregnancy complications for the past two months due to placental abruption, enduring multiple hospital visits in her fight to keep herself and Levi safe.

This tragic loss comes on the heels of another difficult event for the Reese family. Just two and a half weeks earlier, Elijah, the youngest child, had experienced a near-drowning incident. Thanks to the swift actions of his father, Jimmy, who performed CPR, Elijah survived without any long-term effects, though Jimmy sustained a calf injury in the process.

A fundraiser has been organized by Hannah Nesspor to support the Reese family during this challenging time. The family is facing mounting expenses related to medical bills, time off work, and funeral costs. So far, the fundraiser has received contributions from generous donors, including Stephanie Zeigler with $20, an anonymous top donation of $250, and the first donation from Alexa Richmond of $100.
