Lynn Hubbert—The Hubbert family and community are mourning the passing of Lynn Hubbert, a cherished mother and grandmother. Lynn, born on May 19, 1967, in Colorado, was the devoted mother of two daughters, Trisha and Alicia. Lynn’s journey was marked by love, strength, and resilience, particularly as she raised her daughters single-handedly following the passing of her husband, Steve, in 2008.
Lynn’s family has been deeply affected by her recent passing on May 18, 2024. Her daughters, alongside her grandchildren Mody, Naomi, and Adelayde, are now preparing for a memorial to honor her life and legacy. Lynn is also survived by her brother Kyle, her Aunt Janet, and many cousins. Lynn’s daughters have expressed the importance of holding the memorial in Colorado, where she spent much of her life, to celebrate her memory close to her roots.
To support Trisha and Alicia with the expenses associated with their mother’s passing and their travel to Colorado, a fundraiser has been organized by Sheila Hubbert Zappanti. The community has shown early support, with Karrie Wicks contributing $50 toward the $2,000 goal. The memorial service is set for November 30 at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church in Englewood, Colorado.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Lynn’s family. May her memory be a source of comfort, and may they find peace during this difficult time.
