Her passing has left her family and friends deeply saddened, as she was a beloved mother, wife, daughter, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around her with her love and warmth.
Maria was born on July 21, 1969, and was predeceased by her parents, John and Angela Marsili, whose legacy of love and resilience she carried with her throughout her life. Maria’s unwavering faith and courageous spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. Her love for her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she found joy in her time spent with them, especially in Ocean City, Maryland, and at her cherished home in Vatolla, Italy.
She is survived by her husband, Edward, her brother Joseph Rizzo, and her children Amanda, Brandon, and Eva, who were the center of her world. Her loving spirit, support, and guidance will continue to inspire and guide them throughout their lives.
A celebration of Maria’s life will be held on Tuesday, October 15th at Yorktown Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations are being collected to create a tribute in her memory in her hometown in Italy.
