Unfortunately, financial constraints have made this trip impossible so far. C’estLaVie, along with her two children, has faced many obstacles, including a recent $600 truck repair that further delayed their plans.
Mary’s death has been a significant emotional burden on C’estLaVie and her children, who have also lost their stepmother two years prior. The family has not been able to hold a funeral service for Mary due to the lack of life insurance or savings.
To fulfill her mother’s last wish and bring some closure to her family, C’estLaVie has started a fundraiser titled "Bring Peace to Mary Fuentes’ Family." As of now, $30 has been raised from a single donation by Michele Baker, against a goal of $1,000.
C’estLaVie expressed the importance of this trip, not just for honoring her mother but also for her children’s emotional well-being. They have endured significant loss and need the closure that this trip can provide.
