By the time Mr. Baidu finally insisted on medical help, it was too late. He was taken to a small health center and passed away early the next morning, without his daughter being able to say goodbye.

His wife has claimed several of his properties, including his and his late wife’s car, and has even demanded that his foster son and his children leave the family home. In the wake of these conflicts, Josephine is organizing a fundraiser to honor her father’s legacy and secure justice for his estate.

In addition to her grief, Josephine has faced significant financial struggles. She has taken on two jobs while also dealing with the emotional toll of losing both of her parents. Despite holding advanced degrees in Global Public Health Nutrition and Nutrition and Metabolic Disorders, she has struggled to find work in her field.

Josephine has expressed that the support from family, friends, and even strangers has been crucial during this difficult time. She is also hoping to raise funds for legal fees, a proper memorial for her father, and to rebuild her life.
