Ms. Peggy McClean, Griffin, GA— It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of Ms. Peggy McClean, a cherished mother, grandmother, and a beloved member of the community. Her death has left a profound sorrow in the hearts of her family and all those who knew her.
Ms. Peggy was known for her unwavering faith and deep love for others. For the last two years, her daughter Kim Wiley devotedly cared for her as she battled Alzheimer’s disease. The emotional and financial burden of these challenging years, coupled with the unexpected loss, has left the family in need of support.
A fundraiser, organized by Tammy Anderson, has been set up to help cover the costs of funeral services, burial expenses, and other associated costs. As of today, $105 has been raised from generous donations, with contributions from Julie Parsons, Susan Messman, and an anonymous donor. The visitation for Ms. Peggy will be held on Wednesday, December 5th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, followed by the graveside service on Thursday, December 6th.
Support has poured in from the community, with heartfelt messages shared on social media. Kimberly Hood Faulkner expressed, "If you are able, please donate to help Kim Wiley with funeral expenses for her mother, Ms. Peggy McClean. If you are unable to donate, please pray for Kim & her daughter Danni."
The family is grateful for all the kind words and prayers during this difficult time. Ms. Peggy’s legacy of love, faith, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
We extend our deepest condolences to Kim Wiley, Danni, and all of Ms. Peggy’s family and loved ones. May they find strength and comfort in the days ahead.
