Nancy Rose Baldwin Parsley, 77, of Williamson, WV, passed away on October 10, 2024, at Pikeville Medical Center. Born on April 30, 1947, in Canada, KY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Collins Baldwin. Nancy was also preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Parsley, and several of her siblings. She leaves behind her children, Drema Keller of Lexington, KY, Melissa Parsley of Williamson, WV, and Elmer Parsley of Gastonia, NC, along with four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Nancy worked as a seamstress throughout her life and was beloved by her family, friends, and the broader community. Her passing has left a deep void for many who knew and loved her. A memorial service was held at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home in Belfry, KY, on October 15, 2024.

Nancy fought courageously against cancer, but tragically, the treatments aimed at saving her life contributed to a secondary condition, Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), a bone marrow cancer that led to her untimely death. The family is devastated, both emotionally and financially, and is seeking assistance to move forward.
