Nicholas, born on October 5, 1987, graduated from Gallatin High School in 2006 before pursuing higher education at The University of Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2010. His passion for the law led him to further his studies, obtaining his J.D. in 2013. Always eager to expand his knowledge, Nicholas completed his LL.M. at Boston University in 2016. Throughout his academic journey, he was actively involved in student leadership and community service, including serving as President of the Resident Assistant Association at UT.

After passing the New York bar, he made his mark in the legal field specializing in Transaction Tax at EY before taking a position at Solertia in London, where he aimed to establish a more permanent home. His love for his family was evident to all who knew him. Nicholas is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, and their beloved dog, Knox. He is also survived by his parents, William and Teresa Swindle, his sister Madeline Robinson, and his grandparents William and Betty Swindle, Thomas and Sandra Kizer, and Brenda Harvey, along with two nephews and many close friends.
