Nicole Johnson, Waupaca, WI— Nicole Johnson passed away on November 8th, leaving behind a family in deep mourning. She was a beloved mother to six children, including Jazz (19), Elliott (17), Rex (15), Leo (13), Vince (11), and Millie (7), who are all facing the difficult challenge of adjusting to life without their mother, especially during the holiday season.

Nicole’s former spouse, Paul, has been the pillar of support for the children during this tough time, as they navigate both the emotional and financial hardships brought on by her passing. Paul, who had been married to Nicole for 18 years before their divorce earlier this year, is working tirelessly to provide for his children, juggling a full-time job with the demanding responsibilities of single parenthood.

In an effort to ease some of the financial strain on the family, a fundraiser was organized by Rich Lowe to support the Johnson kids. So far, the fundraiser has raised $475, with donations coming from friends and community members. The funds will help cover everyday expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, school supplies, and the children’s extracurricular activities, as well as the funeral and memorial service expenses.

The Johnson family’s resilience has been an inspiration to many, and the community continues to show their support as they navigate this heartbreaking loss.
