Pedro Tiger Sotelo, affectionately known as "Tiger," passed away in the early hours of September 1st. His daughter, Destonee Narvais, shared the heartbreaking news, describing his passing as both devastating and unexpected. After facing serious health concerns over the last few years, Pedro’s health took a turn for the worse, ultimately leading to his passing.
Destonee, Pedro’s eldest daughter, had the difficult responsibility of making medical decisions for her father after he was seriously injured. After three long weeks of uncertainty and hope, she was faced with the most difficult choice anyone can make. Pedro, a strong and prideful man, had expressed his wishes for a life free from restrictions, and after beginning hospice care, he passed away peacefully within the hour, with his daughter by his side.
Destonee has set up a fundraiser to help cover the costs of Pedro’s end-of-life proceedings. As of now, the goal is set at $10,000, and any contribution is greatly appreciated by the family during this incredibly difficult time. While no donations have been received yet, the support and love from the community are deeply valued.
