Reginald Kelly, affectionately known as Reggie or RJL Kelly on Facebook, passed away on the night of August 15, 2024. He was 35 years old. His sudden passing has left his family and friends in deep mourning.
Reggie was a caring, funny, and outspoken individual, always willing to give his all to help others. His journey over the past year had been challenging, as an unexpected incident led him to be found in a river in the Spokane area. After being revived by good Samaritans and taken to a hospital, Reggie was later transferred to a rehabilitation facility where he fought hard for recovery. Sadly, his battle came to an end, and his family is now left to cope with the profound loss.
His sister, Alina Kelly, has set up a fundraiser to bring Reggie’s body back to Tacoma for a proper burial. The goal is to raise $4,000 to cover these expenses. As of now, the fundraiser has yet to receive any donations. Alina, with the support of her family, is hopeful that the community will come together to help them honor Reggie’s memory in the way he deserves.
Reggie’s passing has created a void in the hearts of all who knew him. His legacy of kindness and generosity will be remembered by everyone whose lives he touched.
