Despite undergoing several tests, chemotherapy, dialysis, and other treatments, his condition deteriorated rapidly. He was placed on life support on the evening of July 31 and passed away hours later in the early morning of August 1, 2024.
His wife Eloisa and only son Ramon, affectionately known as "El Cheye," along with his two grandsons, are left heartbroken by his untimely death. The family had initially set aside some funds for funeral expenses, but additional costs have arisen due to the transfer of his body to Mexico for burial. To support these costs, Diana Ramos has organized a fundraiser with a goal of $8,000. As of now, there are no donations, and any contribution would be greatly appreciated during this difficult time.
