Sadie Jayne Calhoon, Colmesneil, TX—Sadie Jayne Calhoon passed away recently, leaving her family, friends, and the Colmesneil community in deep mourning. Sadie was a cherished young woman whose bright smile and loving nature touched the hearts of everyone around her.

Grace Barnett, reflecting on Sadie’s impact, wrote on Facebook, "Sweet Sadie Jayne! She was always there to remind her friends how God was here with them, and if they ever needed Him, all they had to do was turn to Him. It’s a beautiful thing when you know exactly where she woke up that morning, at the feet of Jesus and beside her was Kait, her pawpaw, and her cousins!" Barnett also shared how Sadie’s middle name, Jayne, will be carried on through her own daughter, Parker Jayne, in honor of Sadie’s legacy.
