Outside of work, Samuel had a variety of interests, including fishing with friends and family, sketching, and attending antique car shows where he served as a judge and enthusiast. Above all, he treasured the time spent with his family, especially his daughters and ten grandchildren, who affectionately called him "Papa."
Samuel is survived by his daughters, Tashina Mora, Rashawna Brown, and Kirsten Norman, his ten grandchildren, and his siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alverta and Samuel L. Williams Sr., and his son, Brandon Salo.
A celebration of Samuel’s life will be planned by his children, who are dedicated to honoring his legacy and the profound impact he had on all who knew him.
