Sandra, who was loved deeply by her family and friends, fought Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and colon cancer. Despite undergoing surgery in December 2023 to remove a tumor, the illness proved too overwhelming. Due to her condition, Sandra was unable to undergo chemotherapy, and she peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by her loved ones.
Sandra was known for her warmth and kindness, a true matriarch who was always there for her family. Her passing has left a hole in the hearts of many, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In her memory, her children have organized a fundraiser to assist with the funeral expenses. To date, $110 has been raised, thanks to the generosity of people like Matthew Verboomen, Noah Wallace, and an anonymous donor.
