Sandra Thornton was born in Troy, New York, and faced significant challenges early in life, including losing her home to a fire, which led her family to relocate to California. Despite these hardships, Sandra built a life full of love and dedication. She married twice, raising two children from her first marriage and her son, Farva Diverse, from her second marriage.

Throughout her life, Sandra worked various jobs, dedicating the last 17 years of her career to one company before retiring. In retirement, she continued to support her family by helping her son Farva care for his children. Sandra lived with Farva until her passing, creating a close-knit family environment filled with love and support.
