Stacy Hartz, Colton, CA — Stacy Hartz passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. A devoted mother and cherished family member, Stacy’s untimely passing has left her son, Morrison, and numerous friends, colleagues, and loved ones in mourning.
Stacy had dedicated much of her life to serving her community as a member of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. She was hired on February 15, 1997, and worked at the Central Detention Center. Her colleagues, whom she deeply valued, will forever miss her warm presence and dedication to her work.
Stacy is survived by her son, Morrison; her mother, Frances; her brother, Stephen; her sister-in-law, Nicki; and her nieces, Lauren and Bethany. The family asks for continued support and prayers during this difficult time.
A memorial service will be held at The Bridge Church in Bloomington, CA, on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 1:00 PM, followed by a reception from 2:00-5:00 PM at 2482 Earp St, Colton, CA.
The community has come together to honor her memory through a fundraiser organized by Nicolle Hartz. The fundraiser is intended to support Stacy’s family during this trying time.
