Steven is survived by his parents, Kenneth Shelley and Rebecca (Register) Shelley, his wife, Mindy Shelley, and his three sons, Jackson Shelley and Kaleigh Bruner, Tanner Thomas, and Brayden Leavins. He also leaves behind his daughter, Brena Shelley, his brothers, Ken Shelley and wife Jennifer, Eli Shelley and wife Samantha, his grandmother, Jeanette Register, and his granddaughter, Tatum Shelley.
