Tara Thulin, Midvale, UT— Tara Thulin passed away earlier today after a sudden and rapid decline in her health. She was 48 years old. Tara had been in a rehabilitation care center, fighting to regain the strength to walk after a previous injury. Unfortunately, her condition worsened dramatically in the last few days, leading to hospitalization and eventual life support. Despite efforts to save her, Tara’s doctors informed her family that there was nothing more they could do, and it was time to say goodbye.
Tara’s family, including her 76-year-old father and others who cared deeply for her, are devastated by her loss. She had been receiving care at the University of Utah hospital after experiencing confusion, delusion, and an inability to walk. Sadly, her condition deteriorated, and she passed away peacefully this morning, surrounded by loved ones.
Matt Cook, Tara’s brother-in-law, has set up a GoFundMe campaign to assist with funeral and burial expenses. As of now, $275 has been raised through three donations, including a generous contribution from Sherrie & Mark and Family. Tara’s family is struggling to cover the funeral costs, and the fundraiser will help alleviate some of the financial burden during this heartbreaking time.
The community has shown their support for Tara and her family. Cheyenne Cook shared on Facebook, “This is my Aunt Tara, and we are trying to raise money for funeral and medical expenses. Please read the bio on the GoFundMe page. Any donation or even just sharing it would be greatly appreciated.”
Tara’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of many. Her memory will live on in the love and support her family and friends continue to express during this difficult time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Tara’s family during this challenging period.
