Terry Gray— It is with deep sorrow that the news of Terry Gray’s passing is shared. Terry was known for his vibrant spirit, his dedication to his family and friends, and his impactful presence in both Monroe, Louisiana, and Minneapolis, Minnesota. His sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of many.
Born in Monroe in 1968, Terry was a proud graduate of Wossman High School, class of 1986. His journey took him to Minnesota, where he built a life filled with love and hard work. He worked in restaurant management for well-known brands such as Wendy’s, Chipotle, and Burger King. Terry was a devoted husband and father, having raised a step-daughter, and was an unwavering pillar of support for his family and friends.
In honor of Terry’s memory, two homegoing services are being planned. The first will take place in Minneapolis, where he lived for nearly 35 years, and the second in his hometown of Monroe, where he will be laid to rest. These services are a way for the loved ones he touched in both cities to say their goodbyes.
A fundraiser, organized by his niece Alisha Barze, has been set up to help with the costs of the services and other final arrangements. As of today, generous donations have been made, including $500 from an anonymous donor and contributions from Kina Gilmore and Mindy Jendersee. The love and support from the community are helping Terry’s family during this difficult time.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Gray family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you honor Terry’s beautiful legacy and navigate this painful chapter.
