Hartford, CT—The community is grappling with the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Tonyque Davis, who passed away following a devastating accident. Tonyque, just 23 years old, was involved in a hit-and-run incident on August 11th, 2024, at the intersection of Franklin Ave and Adelaide Street in Hartford, CT.
