She was returning from work when a multi-car collision on the highway took her life, leaving her family and the community in deep mourning.
Vaishali, originally from Ahmedabad, India, had come to Canada with big dreams of becoming a physiologist. She had completed her bachelor’s degree in her hometown before pursuing further studies in Canada. Her family, who runs a small provision store, had made significant sacrifices to support her education, even leveraging their home to fund her studies. Sadly, her untimely passing has turned their dreams into a nightmare, leaving them both emotionally and financially devastated.
A fundraiser has been organized by Ark Pancholi to help cover the costs of bringing Vaishali’s body back to Ahmedabad for her last rites, and to ease the financial burdens her family now faces. The funds will also assist in repaying the loans taken for Vaishali’s education. Additionally, the loss will deeply affect her younger brother, who is currently in 10th grade, as this tragedy will likely impact his future as well.
