Brock is survived by his parents, Angela Hernandez and Mark Tinoco, as well as his sister, Danielle Winslow, and niece, Riley. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Vera and Frank Tinoco, but is also survived by his maternal grandparents, RoseMarie and Larry Moreland, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.
