Leesburg Community Remembers Caiden Michael Gibson, 20-Year-Old City Of Albany Apprentice Lineman, After May 27, 2026 Work Accident
The Leesburg community mourns Caiden Michael Gibson, who passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at age 20 after a work accident.
Caiden was born on May 31, 2005, in Albany and worked with dedication as an apprentice lineman for the City of Albany.
Loved ones remember Caiden for devotion to family, joy in outdoor activities, ATV rides, laughter, and meaningful time with close friends.
Caiden cherished spouse Bella Knox and young child Cotton Michael Gibson, who brought deep purpose and happiness.
Caiden was preceded in death by mother Kristy Lynn Bridges, grandfather Roger Dale Bridges Sr., and uncle Roger Bubba Bridges Jr.
Caiden leaves behind Bella Knox, Cotton Michael Gibson, father Randy Gibson of Lee County, siblings Bryer, Blake, and Dallas, grandparents Dee Bridges of Leesburg and Pat and Karl Harris of Lee County, along with many relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home in Leesburg.
Funeral services will take place Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Dan Harris officiating, followed by interment at Leesburg Cemetery.
